Document Handling
Response Documents
A Pastore response document is appended once a witness submission has crossed into managed record status. It is not a letter. It is a processed artifact.
| CLASSIFICATION | Seuil Rang or disposition symbol applied to the record. |
| YIELD | Recorded Éclat value attached to the entry. |
| ROUTING | Terminal handling route preserved in the public copy. |
| FILE STATUS | Open, pending, or sealed disposition for archive purposes. |
Why They Feel Incomplete
Because they are. Public response documents are digitized handling copies, not full internal records. The absence is part of the document, not a formatting error.
Routing Integrity
Routing fields remain intact even when surrounding detail is omitted. The route survives because someone else still needs to know where the record goes after you stop seeing it.
